The production base covers an area of 50 mu, and its main business is to deal with the non-ferrous metal enterprises or the deep treatment of urban solid waste of polymetallic. The construction of this part is divided into three phases.

Phase I: through the treatment of waste gas generated by smelting enterprises in the park, the annual production of high-purity zinc oxide of feed grade and the production of 20000T zinc alloy are carried out. The advantages of the system are that zinc oxide products can reach feed level standards by adopting the company's unique purification technology, so that the product sales price is higher than that of ordinary industrial grade high purity zinc oxide.

In the second phase, the company's unique deep separation technology of industrial polymetallic solid waste is adopted. Through the deep treatment of industrial waste residue of low content Cobalt, nickel, zinc and other valuable metals, the annual recovery of high purity nickel sulfate 5000t and cobalt sulfate 1000t is adopted.

In the third phase, the company's unique zero discharge treatment technology of acid heavy metal wastewater is adopted. Through the treatment of acid wastewater, high purity barium sulfate of 30000t, zinc sulfide 500t and sodium sulfide of 30000t can be produced every year.
